Hi, I’m Emma.
I’m deeply fascinated with the body, mind and spirit - specifically how different practices work to help you to feel better; to feel more like how you’re meant to feel.
I’m interested in movement and stillness approaches that nourish hauora & remind us of our true nature.
Over the past 17 years, I have studied and gained certification in education, coaching, neurolinguistic programming, breathing techniques and yoga.
Using a contemporary and intuitive approach to yoga, I support clients and students to have an interoceptive yoga experience, working from the inside out, embodying classical asana in creative ways + exploring developmental movement patterns and deep states of relaxation.
