Over the past 15 years, I have studied and gained certification in education, coaching, neurolinguistic programming, breathing techniques and yoga.
Using a contemporary and intuitive approach to yoga, I support clients and students to have an interoceptive yoga experience, working from the inside out, embodying classical asana + exploring developmental movement patterns and deep states of relaxation.
